ABOUT
Francisco “Paquito” Aranda is a versatile and passionate drummer, musician and music director. Originally from San Luis Potosi in central Mexico, he has become an indispensable band member, an in-demand sideman and an award-winning content creator since moving to Los Angeles in 2018.
Paquito’s ability to seamlessly integrate Latin and American influences and drumming styles, along with his solid drumming and musical skills, brought him to the eyes of top bands, artists and producers. This attention continued to build his reputation and led to the opportunities for him to join Inner Wave as their touring drummer and Mexican rock icons Division Minuscula as their touring drummer.
As the drummer, Music Director and co-composer/producer for LA alternative band, Twin Seas — and front man and vocalist of his solo project, Hollywood Sirena — Francisco goes on tour throughout the United States and Mexico.
Paquito has appeared in many music videos and performed live throughout Europe, United States, Mexico and other countries with a variety of artists and productions.

In 2022 Paquito created an all-drums soundtrack for the short film “Crimson’s Cabaret”. In addition to having already been nominated for awards at the Niagara Falls Film Festival and Venice Short Film Festival, and receiving the Best Experimental Film Award during the 2021 Cannes World Film Festival, the film with Paquito’s track took home the award for Best Sound Design at the India Birsa Munda Film Festival in 2022.
